Online Payment Issue (Point & Pay)

!!!Attention Reedsville Residents!!!

We are aware of the issue regarding the website (Point & Pay) not allowing anyone to make an online payment on their water bills and we have been in contact with the company. Until further notice, residents will need to make their water bill payments at the bank or at the Clerk-Treasurer’s office located at 217 Menasha St. The drop box is also available 24/7 in front of the building. We apologize for the inconvenience and will let residents know when they can start making payments online again. Note: This does NOT affect anyone who has automatic payments!

Thank you!

If you have returned your request form, beginning with the July billing, you will receive your water bill by e-mail. The return e-mail address will be [email protected] The e-mail bill will look a little different than your printed bill.

DO NOT CLICK the REPLY with questions about the bill, you will need to contact the Village Clerk-Treasurer Office just as you would do with a printed bill.
