Land for Lease
Village of Reedsville will be accepting sealed bids to lease the following:
- Bid #1: Approximately 17 cropland acres located on Mud Creek Road. Village of Reedsville reserves the right to spread compost on this property on an annual basis.
- Bid #2: Approximately 15.6 cropland acres located on Reif Mills Road
Bids will be for a five (5) year lease on a per acre basis, starting with the 2025 crop year and ending with the 2029 crop year. The annual amount is payable in two equal installments with the first installment due on April 1st and the second due on September 1st of each crop year.
Bids must be labeled “Sealed Bids # ___– Land Lease” and will be accepted until 4:00 pm on April 30, 2024. Bids will be opened at the May 13, 2024 Village Board meeting. Contact Jason Maertz at 920-378-4959 with questions.
