Project:                Mud Creek Road Improvements

                            Village of Reedsville

                            February 29, 2024

Bid Deadline:   Sealed bids for the above project will be received by the Village of Reedsville until 4:00 pm on March 8, 2024

Bids will be opened at the Village Board meeting scheduled on March 11, 2024 at 6:00 pm.

Location:  Mud Creek Road (1,560’ x 24’) marked with paint &  (17’ x 34’) area going into WWTP        

The project consists of

• pulverizing the existing pavement on an area of approximately 3,850 SY.
• Fine grade, water and compact the pulverized material base course on an area of approximately 3,850 SY
• Construct a two-course 3.5” compacted average depth asphalt overlay on an area of approximately 3,850 SY
• Install average 2’ CABC shoulders.

The site may be viewed at the contractor’s convenience. 

A single bid will be received for the work. Please submit bid at the Reedsville Clerk-Treasurer office or by mail at: Reedsville Municipal Building, 217 Menasha St., Reedsville WI  54230

Bidders shall submit a Statement of Bidders Qualifications with the bid.

Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to wave informalities in any bid.
