We are aware of the issue regarding the website (Point & Pay) not allowing anyone to make an online payment on their water bills and we have been in contact with the company. Until further notice, residents will need to make their water bill payments at the bank or at the Clerk-Treasurer’s office located at 217 Menasha St. The drop box is also available 24/7 in front of the building. We apologize for the inconvenience and will let residents know when they can start making payments online again. Note: This does NOT affect anyone who has automatic payments!
