ORDINANCE 2018 – 1

The Village Board of the Village of Reedsville does ordain as follows:  That subsection C of section 7-1-4 of the Reedsville Village Code are hereby amended to read as follows:

C:  Building Permit Fees: Before receiving building permits, the owner or his agent must pay the following permit fees into the Village Treasury:

1. Building, $800.00
2. Electrical, $20.00;
3. Heating, $20.00;
4. Moving, $20.00;
5. Plumbing, $20.00;
6. Razing, $20.00;
7. Remodeling, $40.00 for first $2,000.00 in value and $2.00 for every $1,000.00 thereafter;
