ORDINANCE NO. 2017 – 2
TO AMEND ORDINANCES OF THE REEDSVILLE VILLAGE CODE
The Village Board of the Village of Reedsville, Manitowoc County, Wisconsin, pursuant to the authorization in Sections 61.35 and 62.23, Wis. Stats., hereby adopts the following amendments to Ordinances of the Reedsville Village Code:
3-1-4: LICENSE FEES: There shall be the following classes and denominations of license, which, when issued by the village clerk under the authority of the village board after payment of the fee hereinafter specified, shall permit the holder to sell, deal or traffic in intoxicating liquor and fermented malt beverages, as provided in chapter 125, Wisconsin Statutes:
- Operator’s license pursuant to section 125.17(3), Wisconsin statutes Thirty-two dollars ($32.00) for two years for new applicants and twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for two years for renewal applicants (Ord. 2005-3,12-19-2005, eff. 1-1-2006)
3-1-11: SODA WATER BEVERAGES: Section 66.053(2), Wisconsin Statutes, is
adopted by reference as a part of this chapter. The annual license fee for a soda water
beverage license shall be twenty-five dollars ($25.00). (1968 Code, sec. 10.02)
3-2-1: LICENSE FEE: The annual fee for a license to sell or dispose of cigarettes, as provided in section 134.65, Wisconsin Statutes, shall be twenty-five dollars ($25.00). (Ord., 10-19-1998)
4-3-3: LICENSE FEES; PENALTIES:
- Penalties:
- A late fee of twenty dollars ($20.00) shall be assessed the owner of each dog or cat five (5) months of age or over who fails to obtain a dog or cat license by April 1 of each year.
