The Clerk/Treasurer's office hours are:

October 1st - April 30th:  Monday - Friday: 8:00am-4:00pm.

May 1st - September 30th: Monday - Thursday: 8:00am-4:00pm, Friday: 8:00am-1:00pm.

Each of the following forms must be completed and filed on time by the candidates for municipal offices: 1. Declaration of Candidacy (Form GAB-162) 2. Campaign Registration Statement (Form GAB-1) Important: Must fill in Sections 1, 3, 5, certification (both treasurer & candidate) and exemption report 3. Nomination Papers for Nonpartisan Office (GAB-169) Nomination papers may not be circulated before December 1st. The numbers of signatures required are: 20-100. Fill-in forms can be found on the Reedsville Website under Links, on the Government Accountability Board Website under Forms or blank forms are available in the lobby in the Reedsville Municipal Building. All completed forms must be returned to the Village Clerk/Treasurer’s office by 3:00 PM on the first Tuesday in January in order for the candidates name to be placed on the ballot. The Village President is elected on odd years and two trustees are elected yearly. All elected officials serve a two year term beginning the third Tuesday of April.

All Operator Licenses expire on June 30th. To renew your license, you need to complete the Operator License Application that is found under the Forms & Permits tab. You will need to include a copy of the Beverage Service Training Course Certification with the application. All completed applications will be submitted for approval at the next regularly scheduled Village Board meeting.

You can receive a discount on the sewer portion of your water bill. You must fill out the Swimming Pool Discount Application to qualify for the discount. Application forms are available on the website under Forms or in the Reedsville Municipal Building lobby. No other form of submittal will be accepted. All forms must be submitted to the Clerk-Treasurer office before September 15th to receive the discount.

You already do. Per Ordinance 2-2-2-4(G), all residential customers receive a 10% discount during the 2nd and 3rd quarter to allow for water used for irrigation purposes and not discharged into the sanitary sewer system. It is built right into the billing software program so you do not see the discount on the actual bill.

Garbage is picked up every Friday morning. Recycling is picked up every other Friday morning. Check the Reedsville News for exact recycling dates or any pickup changes. Please contact Deyo Disposal, Inc. at (920) 864-5808 with any questions or concerns.

The regularly scheduled Village Board meetings are held on the second Monday of the month at 6:00 pm at the Reedsville Municipal Building.
