Convene into CLOSED SESSSION, pursuant to WI Statue Section 19.85(1)(c) to conduct business which requires a closed session to consider employment, promotion, compensation or performance of any public employee over which governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. Closed session is in regards to Evaluation/Recommendation from the Attorney
6. Reconvene into OPEN SESSION for discussion/possible decision
7. Adjournment
