- Convene into CLOSED SESSION, pursuant to WI Statute Section 19.85(1)(c) to conduct business which requires a closed session to consider employment, promotion, compensation or performance of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. Closed session is in regards to employee wages for 2025 and Police Dept administration.

- Discussion/possible decision on Resolution 2024-4, Declaring Official Intent to Reimburse Expenditures from Proceeds of Borrowing
