Village of Reedsville SSO Event

On June 22 2024 due to high rains and saturated soil we experienced high flows in out sanitary sewer system. We received calls of basement backups. We called in waste haulers to help suck out of manholes to help reduce basement flooding, we had to discharged into Mud Creek and our Storm retention pond at the WWTP. There is on going Sanitary sewer repairs to help reduce the high flow events.
