The Village Clerk-Treasurer, along with contracted assistance from Cedar Corporation, oversees and administers the planning, zoning, and land division functions for the Village of Reedsville. Responsibilities include the implementation and maintenance of the Village's Comprehensive Plan, Zoning, Subdivision Code, and the issuance of permits, such as those required for fences and signs.

Building permits for primary and accessory use structures are handled by the Building Inspector and permit information can be found on the Building Permits page.

These functions help to serve existing and future residents and businesses, along with private developers by managing land use requirements for proposed development projects. All questions and inquires regarding these and related topic should initially be addressed to the Village Clerk-Treasurer who will, at their discretion, involve Cedar Corporation staff to provide zoning interpretation or assist with any zoning or land division issues and applications.
