To show tribute to the deceased Veterans, you should plan to visit one of these cemeteries and make sure you fly the American Flag properly for them on Memorial Day. We also need to fly the American Flag every day to show our patriotism and support for our Troops serving overseas as they are protecting our freedoms.
As respect to the Flag for what it stands for, do not fly a torn or worn flag. You can dispose of your unserviceable Flags in the depository box located by the Knights of Columbus Clubhouse in Reedsville. They will be properly retired by Reedsville Amvets Post 1032. Flags of all sizes can be purchased from the Amvets by contacting Gene Wagner (754-4149).
GOD BLESS OUR TROOPS AND GOD BLESS AMERICA
